Mohammad Sulaiman Hilaman is a seasoned quality control and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in engineering roles across various organizations, including Rone Engineering, Alliance Geotechnical Group, and ECS Limited. Currently serving as a Quality Control Engineer at multiple companies since 2018, Mohammad's expertise encompasses technical document review, daily inspections, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Additionally, as the Lead of QA Engineers at the US Army Corps of Engineers since 2013, responsibilities include providing technical advice on civil and structural engineering practices, as well as overseeing construction project compliance with Afghan national and international standards.
