Elizabeth (Lisa) Santana has extensive work experience in the marketing and product management fields. Elizabeth (Lisa) is currently working at Co-op Solutions as the Director of Product Management, where they oversee the development and management of various products. Prior to this, they worked at American Airlines as the Manager of AAdvantage® Co-Brand Partnerships, where they were responsible for managing partnerships related to the airline's loyalty program. Elizabeth (Lisa) also has experience at Discover Financial Services, where they held multiple roles including Senior Marketing Manager for Card Loyalty Strategies and eWallets Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager for Rewards and Loyalty Strategies, Senior Marketing Manager for Business Development & Marketing Planning, and Marketing Manager for Acquisition Strategy. In these roles, they developed and implemented marketing strategies, managed product development efforts, and led various marketing campaigns.
