Lindsey Martens

Lindsey Martens has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lindsey started their career as a Cash Application Specialist at Trane in 2003. Lindsey then worked at GeoLearning (SumTotal Systems) as an Accounting Specialist and later as an Accounting Manager, where they received a company-wide award for outstanding customer service. In 2011, they joined Renaissance Savery Hotel as a Controller and later as the Assistant General Manager/Controller. During their time there, they obtained the hotel's highest internal audit score and led the transition to new payroll and accounting systems. In 2014, Lindsey joined TMG Financial Services as a Financial Analyst I and later as a Financial Analyst III. Lindsey served as the sole financial partner for the Canadian line of business and participated in a strategic foresight team. Currently, they are working at Co-op Solutions as a Finance Manager, where they have developed monthly reporting packages and automated revenue growth reporting. Lindsey was recently promoted to Finance Director and is responsible for overseeing financial operations.

Lindsey Martens earned a B.A. in Business/Economics and Computer Science from Cornell College in 2003. Lindsey is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Innovation at Drake University, expected to be completed in 2023.
