Fong Criswell

Fong Criswell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They began their career at Bed Bath & Beyond as a Customer Service Representative from November 2001 to May 2004. They then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they held the positions of Customer Service Manager from May 2004 to December 2012 and Loan Documentation Specialist from January 2013 to December 2013.

In 2014, Fong Criswell worked as a Loan Service Representative at Olympic Staffing for CU Direct from June 2014 to April 2015. They then transitioned to Origence (Formerly CU Direct), where they initially served as a Sr. Application Product Support Analyst from April 2015 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Enterprise Operations Manager at Origence since April 2021.

Fong Criswell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 2016. Prior to that, Fong attended Garey High School from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Leading Productive Meetings from LinkedIn in June 2021.
