Nav Khanna

Nav Khanna is currently an advisor at CU Engage. Prior to that, they were the SVP & CFO at Travis Credit Union from January 2007 to December 2014. Her responsibilities there included driving strategy through the organization and creating long-term value. From January 2001 to December 2007, they were the Director of Finance at Baxter Credit Union, where they optimized balance sheet management, maintained a high-performing institutional investment portfolio, and provided value-added financial analysis to drive results. From January 1997 to December 2001, they were a Program Director at LoBue Associates, where they managed domestic and overseas consulting engagements involving strategy, business process improvement, and corporate finance at large money-center banks and finance companies.

Nav Khanna has an MBA in International Finance & Economics from the University of Hartford, as well as graduate level courses in economics and finance from Harvard University. Nav also has a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto. In addition, they are certified by the Cardwell Leadership Group in CEO 306/2 Leadership Certificate and by the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) as a Certified Strategic Marketing Executive (CSME). Nav is also certified by CUES - Strategic Innovations Institute - M.I.T. & Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Certified Innovations Expert (CIE), and by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) - Risk Management Institute as a Credit Union Risk Management Expert (CURME).
