Tonia has held various managerial positions at companies such as Engage fi and Fiserv, where Tonia collaborated with senior executives and led implementation of processes and procedures. With a diverse educational background from NAFCU School of Management, Lending University, Ithaca College, and Fulton NY High School, Tonia has extensive experience in data analysis, sales strategy, and project planning.
