The Operations team at Cuadraspania oversees the end-to-end process of producing and commercializing frisée, curly, and smooth endives, as well as hearts of lettuce and artichokes. Their responsibilities range from managing production and ensuring quality standards to coordinating purchases and handling the specialized cultivation of artichokes and olives. This team guarantees all products meet certified food safety standards.
