Alessandro Faggi

Alessandro Faggi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Alessandro started their career as a UX/UI designer at Fondazione Golinelli in 2017, where they worked until June of the same year. Later that year, Alessandro worked as a product designer at G.D S.p.A. from January to August.

In 2017, Alessandro also joined PACO Design Collaborative as a junior tutor in design thinking, where they collaborated with a mentor in supervising primary school projects until May 2018. Additionally, they were involved as a visual designer and workshop conductor for StartYouUp from March 2017 to June 2019, contributing to the visual and organizational design of several editions of StartUp Day.

Alessandro also worked as a product designer mentor at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna from February 2018 to June 2019, and as a design thinking mentor at Fondazione Golinelli from January 2018 to June 2019.

In 2018, Alessandro joined Almacube as a designer and mentor, where they primarily focused on supporting startups in product and service development, as well as overseeing the rebranding of the company.

Most recently, they joined Cubbit in August 2020 as the head of product designer, becoming the first designer contributor to the startup. In this role, they have directly collaborated with the CEO on strategy and development.

Alessandro Faggi has a Bachelor's degree in Design of the industrial product from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Alessandro also attended Liceo Scientifico G.Marconi from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a scientific and technological field of study. Alessandro has a UI Design Master from Talent Garden Innovation School, which they started in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in areas such as accelerator startup program, design thinking, entrepreneurship, and fair food hacking.
