Claudia Castillo has over 20 years of work experience. In 1998, they began working as a Proyect Leader at Ericsson Telecom, S.A. de C.V. where they were responsible for logistics projects in the United States, Canada, Central America and Cuba markets. Claudia also completed a 1-year project and knowledge transfer in Panama. In 2003, they worked as a Sales employee at Cervezas Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma. In 2005, they were the Store Manager at Casa Barba Store, where they were responsible for store sales, exclusive customers, inventory control, cash and credit management, store personnel, suppliers purchases, customer service, payroll, billing, on-time deliveries and everything related to the administration of the franchise. In 2006, they were the Assistant Director and Responsible of Technical Publications at A&P, where they were responsible for the registration, control, monitoring and preparation of reports for all the aircraft maintenance service operations nationwide. In 2008, they were a Consultant at Arch Química, where they were responsible for obtaining the necessary legal documentation from the COFEPRIS authorities for the importation of chemical products from the United States to México, as well as Human Resources Management. In 2017, they were a Sales Coordinator at Grupo Torres y Torres. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Customer Service Leader at Wicore, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction regarding all their needs related to their orders made through Ecommerce platforms, as well as detection and efficient resolution of incidents through the Gorgias management software. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist at Cubbo, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction attending their business needs, through effective communication systems, as well as design and execution of plans using available resources and manage time effectively, through the Gorgias and Zendesk platforms.

Claudia Castillo is currently pursuing a Licenciatura en Administración del Capital Humano from Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato, beginning in 2021. Claudia has previously obtained a degree in Derecho from Universidad del Valle de México, which they completed in 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Técnicas de Servicio al Cliente from UVEG in 2022, Introducción a la administración de Proyectos from Académica in 2017, Habilidades Directivas from Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social in 2017, Elaboración de proyectos de aprendizaje integrando el uso de las tecnologías de la Información y Comuncación from CONOCER in 2013, IC3 TI from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, and Performance Evaluation from Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato.
