Dulan Jayasuriya

Dulan Jayasuriya has a strong background in machine learning and electronics engineering. Dulan is currently working as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at CUBE since 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Insighture from 2022 to 2023, and also worked as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Dulan worked at Zone24x7, where they started as an Associate Electronics Engineer and eventually became an Associate Tech Lead Cognitive Machine Learning. During their time at Zone24x7, they led the machine learning team and handled multiple computer vision projects. Additionally, they worked at Intelligent Machineries International (Pvt) Ltd as a Trainee Associate Electronics Engineer, gaining experience in FPGA programming and developing efficient hashing algorithms for digital files.

Dulan Jayasuriya completed their education as follows:

- From 2020 to 2022, Dulan studied at the University of Moratuwa and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science.

- Between 2013 and 2017, Dulan pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering at the University of Moratuwa.

- Dulan completed their Advance Level education in Physical Sciences at Ananda College from 2003 to 2011.

- In 1998, Dulan took the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination at Dharmapala Vidyalaya Pannipitiya.

Additionally, Dulan obtained several certifications, including courses on Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera. Dulan also completed courses in C++, HTML Fundamentals, Java, PHP, and SQL Fundamentals from SoloLearn in 2016.
