Paul Naples

Paul Naples has extensive experience in data operations, primarily within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Data Operations at CUBE since October 2025, Paul has successfully built and scaled a proprietary index of risks and controls, defining technical standards and operational models. Prior to this role, Paul was at Acin as the Head of Data Operations, where similar accomplishments laid the groundwork for CUBE's acquisition of Acin. Paul has held various positions at Deutsche Bank, including Corporate Finance Controls Consultant and Regulatory Engagement & Adherence Consultant, and has experience in project management, compliance, and client asset regulation from roles at Barclays and Citi. Additionally, Paul has an entrepreneurial background with Mapplore Ltd and has worked in trading with C & R Options Ltd and client money management at Lehman Brothers. Paul holds an LL.M. in Law from Anglia Ruskin University.
