Charlie Warhurst

Charlie brings a wealth of experience to CubeLogic having guided the Acuris finance organisation through a full private equity ownership cycle from carve out from Pearson Plc in 2014 to exit to ION Group in 2019, he then led the integration of Acuris into the ION Analytics finance group. During his time at Acuris Charlie drove organic and acquisitive growth initiatives, increasing revenues by 3x and EBITDA by 5x. His focus at CubeLogic will be driving revenue growth through analytics, cost optimisation and improved working capital management.
