Matt Pesot is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience overseeing capital improvements and major maintenance projects across over 100 locations in multiple states. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at CubeSmart since June 2017, Matt ensures that all projects comply with organizational goals and regulatory standards while managing service contracts with a focus on optimal service delivery. Prior to this role, Matt founded MPG Contracting Corp and also worked as a Senior Project Manager at The AJ Lewis Corp. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
