Marisa Du Plessis

Marisa du Plessis is an Aerospace Engineer at CubeSpace ADCS, specializing in the development and manufacturing of satellite control system electronics since January 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing, testing, quality control, debugging, automation, improvement, and support processes throughout the product life cycle. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Aerospace AIT Engineer focused on product assembly, integration, testing, and customer support. Marisa also completed engineering internships at Filmatic Packaging Systems and Gossamer Packaging Machinery. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and ongoing Master of Engineering studies in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Stellenbosch University, along with a short course in Satellite Mission Design.
