Kevin McNally

Kevin McNally has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, account management, and IT recruitment. Kevin currently works as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cubic Telecom since March 2021. Previously, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Martinsen Mayer from September 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Harvey Nash Ireland as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from July 2019 to September 2020 and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from November 2017 to June 2019. Kevin also worked at Oracle as an Account Manager from November 2015 to November 2017, where they addressed customers' challenges and demonstrated the value of Oracle solutions in the Human Capital Management space. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Greythorn from September 2013 to November 2015. Kevin also has experience as a part-time Receptionist/Handy Man at Independent College Dublin from August 2009 to September 2013 and as a Brand Ambassador at Brand Army from September 2008 to August 2009.

Kevin McNally obtained their Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSc) degree in Arts from UCD from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Gonzaga College SJ for their Secondary School education between 2002 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Masters in Management (MiM) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Smurfit Business School UCD from 2012 to 2013.
