Chris Latham

Chris Latham is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in managing design teams and leading projects across various industries. Currently serving as UX Design Manager and Head of Design at Cubic Corporation since November 2016, Chris coordinates UX strategy with product and engineering leadership while hiring and leading a design team. Previous roles include Senior Principal UX Designer and Project Lead at Umo/Cubic Transportation Platforms, where Chris focused on mentoring designers and cultivating design culture, and Principal Designer at Cubic Experience Team, addressing diverse needs of transit agencies and riders. Chris's earlier experience includes UX roles at Volusion, Inc., Dell, and The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by freelance consulting. Chris Latham holds a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas and an MS in Information Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
