Jennifer Vail

Jennifer Vail has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Director Global Compensation and HRIS at Cubic Corporation, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director Compensation and HR Analytics at Advance Auto Parts from September 2021 to December 2022. Jennifer also served as the Director Global Compensation at Elanco from September 2018 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Finish Line, including Compensation Manager, Senior Talent Development Partner, Organizational Development Specialist, and Corporate Trainer. Jennifer has also worked at Oak Street Funding as a Trainer and at Volt as an HR/Training professional. Their experience also includes a role as a Training Consultant at Eli Lilly and as Training & Development at IUPUI.

Jennifer Vail earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Anderson University in 2002. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2002 to 2004.
