Mac Curtis is the current Chairman at Cubic. Mac has over 20 years of experience in the public and private sector. Prior to their current position, they served as the President and CEO of Vangent from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Vangent, the company was named the #1 company on the move in the Federal market by Federal Computer Week magazine in 2009. Under Mac's leadership, Vangent grew from a $90M business unit into a $760M company with over 8,000 employees in the US and around the world.

In 2013, Mac became the President and CEO of Vencore Inc., a position they held until May of 2018. Vencore is a leading provider of digital information solutions, engineering and analytics for the U.S. Government. During their time at Vencore, Mac led the company through a period of significant growth and expansion.

Mac Curtis is a dynamic and accomplished leader in the public and private sector. Mac has a proven track record of growing companies and delivering results. Mac is currently Chairman at Cubic and is helping to lead the company into the future.

Mac Curtis earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
