Richard Castiglia

Richard Castiglia has an extensive work experience spanning various roles in the legal field. Richard initially served as an Attorney-Advisor in the United States Air Force, Office of the General Counsel, where they held the rank of Captain. Following their military service, they worked as an Associate at Howrey & Simon. Subsequently, they joined McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP as a Senior Counsel. After that, they served as the General Counsel at Ira Green, Inc. for a year. Since 2005, they have been associated with Cubic Corporation, starting as the General Counsel in the Global Defense Group and later moving on to their current role as Vice President & General Counsel.

Richard Castiglia holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, with a focus on Leadership and Strategic Management. Prior to this, they earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, specializing in Law. Richard also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Case Western Reserve University, majoring in Political Science, Economics, and Law & Public Policy.
