Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Cubico Sustainable Investments since December 2020, Rafael is responsible for reviewing and defining BOP maintenance procedures and developing the periodic maintenance plan. Previous roles include Wind Farm Operation and Maintenance Manager at Energimp S.A., overseeing 15 wind farms, and Project Coordinator/Electrical Construction Site Coordinator at Atlantic Energias Renováveis S.A., managing the construction of wind farms with a combined installed power of 456 MW.
