Nadzeya Yakubouskaya

Nadzeya Yakubouskaya has been working in the business operations field since 2016. From 2016-2019, they were the President of the Student Council at Belarusian State Economic University. In 2019, they began working as a Management Intern at ASB Leasing, a composite leasing company of "Belarusbank". In 2020, they became a Business Operations Manager and Implementation & Customer Success at Cubigo, a company that connects and streamlines non-clinical operations and communications. In this role, they are responsible for increasing occupancy by boosting referrals and preventing early move-outs.

Nadzeya Yakubouskaya completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Belarusian State Economic University in 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Master of Management: Strategy and Innovation Management from UHasselt, graduating in 2021.
