Benjamin Kohlmann

Benjamin Kohlmann is a seasoned investor and defense innovation expert currently serving as a Frontier Tech Investor and Board Observer at Cubit Capital since May 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin distinguished a 20-year career with the US Navy as an F/A-18 Pilot and Defense Innovation Leader, where significant accomplishments included founding the Chief of Naval Operations Rapid Innovation Cell and participating in 32 combat missions in Afghanistan. In addition to military service, Benjamin held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Farcast, Inc., leading the development of precision airdrop systems, and worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Benjamin has also founded the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum and gained valuable insights through internships and summer associate roles in prestigious firms. Education includes an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Northwestern University, graduating cum laude with honors in Political Science.
