Elisabeth Hollund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elisabeth currently holds the position of COO at Cubit AS since January 2022, where they also previously served as Avdelingsleder and Prosjektleder. Additionally, Elisabeth has worked as Leder for forretningsutvikling og prosjekt at Astroid Mining Company since January 2019.
Prior to these roles, Elisabeth was a Selvstendig Næringsdrivende at Elisabeth Hollund ENK from August 2018 to November 2020. Elisabeth gained valuable experience as a Project Manager Business Development at Eltel Networks from January 2017 to August 2018, where they led various change and development projects, focused on fiber deliveries. At the same company, Elisabeth also held the roles of Team Manager and Team Mangaer, where they successfully led organizational changes and established national-level departments.
Earlier in their career, Elisabeth worked as a Store Manager - prosjektadministrasjon at AEO Vest from September 2011 to September 2012, contributing to the development of a new store concept. Elisabeth also served as a Merchandiser at Vivikes from December 2010 to August 2011 and as a Rådgiver at Fjordkraft from June 2009 to December 2010.
Elisabeth gained entrepreneurial experience as Butikkleder/Eier at Moteklær Bergen AS/Kaffe from September 2006 to June 2009, where they managed all aspects of the business. Prior to that, they worked as a Butikksjef at Wagner from August 2004 to September 2006, playing a key role in opening three new stores in the Bergen area. Elisabeth's career started at Telenor, where they served as a Rådgiver from August 2002 to July 2004, responsible for customer service and training new employees.

Elisabeth Hollund's education history begins in 1996, when they enrolled at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway. Elisabeth pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis, completing their studies in 1998. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the University of Bergen (UiB), where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Literature. In 2000, they attended IT Akademiet, where they pursued a Cisco kandidat degree. In 2009, they briefly studied Organisasjonpsykologi og ledelse at BI Norwegian Business School. Moving forward, from 2011 to 2012, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), earning a Bachelor's degree in Project Management. Lastly, in 2013 and 2014, they studied Project Management at Metier, where they obtained a Prince 2 certification in Project Management, Foundation og Practitioner.
