Maximilian Wille

Maximilian Wille currently serves as Leiter Betrieb and Business Development Manager at CUBOS since September 2021, following a role as Junior Marketing Specialist at Star from February to September 2021. Prior to this, Maximilian gained experience as a Marketing Intern at CUBOS GmbH, where responsibilities included managing marketing projects, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing digital marketing strategies. Earlier, a Project Intern at ES-Tec contributed to human resource management and internal projects. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Derby and completed the NextGen Academy Board Professional Program in Entrepreneurship at INSEAD in 2023, alongside an International Baccalaureate from Gresham's School.
