Chris Nebelecky's work experience includes:

- Adjunct Professor at the University at Buffalo since 2022.

- Senior Research Scientist at CUBRC since 2013, specializing in estimation, astrodynamics, and space situational awareness. Developed algorithms and conducted analysis using Python, Java, and MATLAB for research projects supporting Space Situational Awareness and Command and Control functions.

- Co-Owner of XAnalytix Systems since 2012.

- Student Engineer at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) from 2009 to 2010, where they developed models and simulations using MATLAB to validate mission approaches and worked on cross-functional teams to deliver simulation results, reports, and presentations.

Chris Nebelecky completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Canisius College from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Professional Master of Business Administration (PMBA) at the University at Buffalo from 2019 to 2021, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree. Furthermore, Chris holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo, which they accomplished from 2009 to 2013. Chris also studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bremen from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2007 to 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the same institution from 2002 to 2007.
