Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as Learning and Development Lead at Cuckoo since November 2023, Matthew previously worked at Pluss as a System Trainer from March 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Matthew held various positions at Exige International Ltd. from May 2016 to October 2020, including Manager - Search and Selection and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included designing external training programs and providing guidance for partner-level presentations. Earlier in the career at Sitel from May 2013 to May 2016, Matthew was the Deputy Learning Manager, overseeing a site-wide mentor program and managing training resources, and served as a Learning Specialist, facilitating training for diverse groups. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from the University of Exeter, earned between 2008 and 2011.
