Dobrosława Duszyńska's work experience begins in 2005 as a Stock Control Assistant at Save the Children UK, where they then became a Trading Projects' Coordinator. From 2009 to 2012, they held various roles at Kingspan Environmental, including Project Manager and Board Assistant & Project Co-ordinator/Interim Marketing Manager. Dobrosława then worked at Weiss Sp. z o.o. & Weiss A/S as a Marketing Manager- Europe from 2014 to 2017, where they developed and implemented corporate branding strategies. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Danstoker, where they supported marketing activities, translated materials, and managed the company website. Most recently, they held the role of Global Marketing Manager at Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation from 2020 to 2022. Dobrosława is currently working as a Global Identity & Engagement Manager at Cuculus GmbH. Throughout their career, Dobrosława has demonstrated expertise in marketing, project management, brand development, and international communication.

Dobrosława Duszyńska has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing, management, and business-related subjects. In 1998, they obtained their Masters degree in Law and Administration from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. In 2004, they received a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge, specializing in English for Speakers of Other Languages.

Throughout their career, Dobrosława has pursued various certifications and courses to enhance their skills. In 2017, they completed a Postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management on B2B Market from Poznan University of Economics And Business. The obtained months and years for these certifications vary, with the most recent being in July 2023 for "An Introduction to Pre-Payment."
