Mignon Olivier Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, talent solutions, and digital design. Currently serving as General Manager at Cucumber since June 2022, Mignon leads the organization’s strategy and vision to achieve sustainable growth. Prior to this role, Mignon held various positions, including Head of Talent Solutions at Beyond Recruitment and Senior Consultant at Quest Recruitment. As the Managing Director of North Shore Skills Academy, Mignon ensured operational excellence in food safety training. Mignon also founded and managed Mignon Media & Design, overseeing project coordination and client relationships while delivering design solutions. With educational credentials from multiple institutions, including an Associate's degree from Ashworth University and several diplomas in design and business, Mignon showcases a solid foundation in management, psychology, and digital media.
