Nidhi Ramachandran

As the People Ops Lead at Cuddles, Nidhi steers team engagement, productivity and culture. Before Cuddles, she was the Co-Founder at Peel-Works Pvt Ltd – India’s leading B2B grocer-focussed e-commerce company – for a decade. She brings almost two decades of experience in managing people and businesses.

Nidhi graduated with honours in Economics from SRCC and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Born and raised in Delhi, she has called Mumbai her home for the last 15 years and her pet peeve is being asked which city she likes more! She loves Crossfit and likes starting her day early to get in a WOD (Workout of the Day) before anything else.
