Sirje Lavonen-Vire

Sirje Lavonen-Vire has extensive experience in the field of People Operations and Global Mobility. Sirje is currently working at RELEX Solutions, where they hold the role of Team Lead, People Ops APAC, EMEA South and Mobility. Their responsibilities include leading the People Operations team in APAC and EMEA South, as well as the Global Mobility team. Prior to this, Sirje was the Team Lead, Global People Processes and Mobility at RELEX Solutions, where they led a team of six People professionals and was responsible for People Operations support in multiple regions. Sirje has also held positions such as People Operations Manager, Mobility & EMEA South and HR Manager, Global Mobility at RELEX Solutions, where they were responsible for global mobility matters and provided support to various offices. Before joining RELEX Solutions, Sirje worked at EY as a Senior Advisor and Consultant, where they consulted on global mobility policy and operations for Finnish and foreign clients. Sirje also worked at Codenomicon as an HR Specialist, at Continental as an Intern in the HR Tire Divisions, at Arla Ingman Oy as a Departmental Secretary, and at Hotel Ruusuhovi as a Receptionist.

Sirje Lavonen-Vire completed their education as follows:

- From 2004 to 2007, they earned a BScBA in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.

- In 2006, they participated as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore.

- Sirje then pursued an MSc in International Business from Aalto University, completing it from 2007 to 2011.

- In 2008, Sirje Lavonen-Vire became an exchange student at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for the CEMS MIM program, which lasted until 2009.

- Finally, from 2008 to 2011, they obtained a CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.

In addition to their education, they obtained a certification as a Sympa HR Admin User from Sympa HR in 2019.
