Annie Kang

Annie Kang has been working in the field of research operations for over 12 years. In 2018, they began their current role as Director of R&D Operations at Cue Biopharma, where they were previously Associate Director of Research Operations. Prior to that, they were Senior Manager of Lab Operations at Fulcrum Therapeutics from 2017 to 2018. From 2013 to 2017, they were Manager of Operations at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc., where they designed and managed a facility buildout project of approximately 51,000 sq ft lab/office space and coordinated and consulted on planning meetings and facility operating budgets. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Contract Research Associate at AVEO Oncology. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Research Associate II at Moderna Therapeutics, executing a broad range of cell-based assays. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Research Technician at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, developing and maintaining cell lines and performing cell-based assays. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Research Technician at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center Cardiovascular Research Lab, assisting in reviewing, editing, and submitting IACUC protocols and performing cervical dislocation and hind leg ischemia studies on mouse and rat models.

Annie Kang completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Boston University in 2007.
