Tim Jivaranuntakul

Tim Jivaranuntakul has a significant background in finance and leadership roles. Tim currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cuebiq and Spectus.ai, where they set financial and corporate transformation strategies to improve profitability, cash flow, and enterprise value. Tim also oversees all corporate finance and accounting operations, including FP&A, finance business partnering, business intelligence, controllership, and tax. Prior to their current role, Tim was the SVP Head of Finance at Nectar Services Corp., where they revamped corporate and finance strategies and implemented cross-functional strategies to accelerate growth and value. Tim also led a transformation of accounting, FP&A, controllership, treasury, and business analytics functions. Before that, Tim was the Founder & Principal Consultant at SCOP FinOps Solutions, where they provided consulting services and served as a Fractional CFO. Tim also held various positions at Accenture, including Head of Finance Operations - M&A Portfolio, Business Operations Senior Manager, and Finance Operations Specialist/Manager. Tim started their career at Alliance Data as a Senior Finance Analyst and Financial & Operations Analyst.

Tim Jivaranuntakul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from Thammasat University. Tim further pursued their education at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Tim also completed an internship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. In addition to their formal education, Tim has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn and in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
