George Moutter

George Moutter is an accomplished Offshore Project Specialist at CUEL Ltd. in Thailand since February 2015, responsible for managing Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning Preparatory and Implementation works, as well as overseeing the Stainless Steel Replacement Program. With extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including roles such as TOTAL Offshore Hook-up Coordinator at NES Global Talent and Offshore Construction/Hook-Up Manager at PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators, George has spent 18 years in various positions within ExxonMobil fields in Nigeria, progressing through roles such as Offshore Piping Foreman and Construction Manager. Additionally, George has a background as a Freelance Construction Manager/Superintendent with a strong foundation in construction management acquired over several years both in the UK and internationally. Education includes attendance at Hartlepool College of Further Education and Horden Secondary Modern.
