She is a specialist in product management who loves finding problems worth solving and enabling teams to succeed. Prior to Cuesta, Amy led and coached product teams in B2B/B2B2C environments for both established and new products. Amy is passionate about customer discovery and talent development. Amy built the foundation of her career gaining experience across customer success, operations and data analytics teams, which has helped her to fully understand the importance of communication, integration, and culture that impacts team effectiveness.
