Ema Paulino

Ema Paulino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. Currently serving as a member of the board at CIP - Confederação Empresarial de Portugal, President of ANF - Associação Nacional das Farmácias, and holding various leadership roles in organizations such as Farminveste, World Pharmacy Council, CUF - Hospitais e Clínicas, and others, Ema demonstrates strong leadership and strategic capabilities. With a background in community pharmacy, Ema also owns and directs Farmácia Nuno Álvares. Ema has pursued advanced education, including a PhD candidacy in Public Administration with a specialization in Health Management at ISCSP-ULisboa, a Master's degree in Health Management, and various executive education programs at prestigious institutions, solidifying expertise in health care value measurement and pharmacy leadership.
