Joshua Inman, MBA, AIA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the architecture and project management field. Joshua currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cuhaci Peterson™, leading the operational strategies of the company. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Operations, where they aligned senior management goals with the corporate vision and implemented tactical action plans.
Joshua has also held positions as a Project Manager, overseeing technical production staff and managing the scope, schedule, and budget for restaurant and food service projects. Joshua established and maintained client relationships through business development efforts.
Before moving into project management, Joshua worked as a Project Architect, leading multi-discipline teams and serving as the main point of contact for clients, team members, and vendors in the Restaurant and Food Service Sector. Joshua was responsible for design, production, and cost-saving strategies.
Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as an Architectural Graduate, where they handled coordination efforts, CAD management, and construction document production for retail and food service projects.
Prior to joining Cuhaci Peterson™, Joshua gained experience as an Architectural Intern at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects.
Through their work experience, Joshua has demonstrated their expertise in operations, project management, architectural design, and client relations.
Joshua Inman, MBA, AIA completed their education with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Design from Ball State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2004. In 2015, they pursued further education at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, completing their studies in 2017.
