Jeff Smoot

Jeff Smoot has a diverse work experience in the engineering and manufacturing field. Jeff started their career at Gerber Legendary Blades as a Manufacturing Engineer from July 2000 to October 2003. Jeff then joined CUI Inc in May 2004 and held various roles such as Quality Control Division Manager, VP of Engineering & Quality, VP of Engineering, and later as VP of Motion Control. In these positions, they were responsible for technology development, new product introduction, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. In June 2015, they became the VP of Application Engineering & Motion Control, where they established and managed the Applications Engineering department, positioning CUI as a technology leader and securing design wins. In October 2019, they joined CUI Devices as the VP of Engineering.

Jeff Smoot attended Douglas High School, although it is unclear when they started or completed their education there. Jeff later pursued higher education at Montana State University-Bozeman from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
