Claudia Consuelo Ramírez Cabrera

Claudia Consuelo Ramírez Cabrera has extensive experience in human resources and personnel selection, currently serving as Coordinadora de Seleccion de Personal at Cuideo since November 2017. In this role, Claudia focuses on service evaluation interviews with families and defining professional profiles based on service needs. Prior to this, Claudia worked as a Consultora RRHH at Adecco, where responsibilities included direct candidate support, recruitment, and administrative tasks for the SEAT workshops. Additionally, Claudia gained experience as Orientadora Laboral at L'Estació Espai Jove, providing career guidance and support to youth and parents. Claudia holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat de Girona and has pursued further specialization in human resources and payroll at Colegio Oficial de Psicología de Catalunya and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
