Mike Kemp

Mike Kemp is the SVP of Customer Operations at CUJO AI. Mike has over 17 years of experience in product development and management.

Mike started their career at Comcast in May 2003 as a Senior Manager. Mike then moved to Dyn in August 2013 as the Director of Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for improving DNS & Message Management product lines to drive new business revenue by delivering new features while scaling and maintaining existing services for continued growth. Mike successfully transformed a stalled roadmap and implemented engineering team changes that enabled critical system architecture adjustments to address rapid growth, capacity, and cost issues. As a result, the team's productivity and morale improved, and products became cash-flow positive with significant revenue increases.

In May 2017, Mike joined Oracle as the Director of Product Development for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Mike was responsible for service ownership, program management, engineering, and operations for Oracle Cloud Messaging Platform. Under their leadership, the legacy communication products were successfully transitioned into a global cloud-native service that is capable of delivering 1B+ messages per day. The service is on track to be one of the world's largest sending platforms in 2021.

Mike Kemp attended the University of Central Lancashire, where they earned an HND in Business Information Technology. Mike then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Washington Evaluation Service. Finally, they earned an ND in Computer Studies from the University of Central Lancashire. Mike also holds a certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
