Sierra Ross has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Business Operations at Culdesac. Prior to this, in 2020, they worked as an Heat Resilience Challenge Intern at Arizona State University, where they collaborated on a team to research and pitch 3 solutions to a panel. During this role, they learned that creativity can be reimagining existing ideas, and that diversity enriches ideas and solutions. In 2018, they worked as a Certified Trainer at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Sierra Ross has a diverse education history. Sierra attended Saigon South International School from 2013 to 2018, where they earned their High School Diploma. In 2018, they took a Summer Course in Organizational Leadership at the University of Utah, as well as a course in Organizational Leadership at NOLS. In 2020, they took Summer Courses in Professional Skills & C++ Coding at Mesa Community College. Sierra is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability at Arizona State University, which they will complete in 2023.
