Rachel Hough

Rachel Hough is an experienced professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations at Culina Group Limited since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Greene King from April 2019 to September 2025, including Senior People Experience Partner, Head of Employee Relations, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Rachel's career began at Tesco PLC, where a diverse range of roles were undertaken from 2001 to 2016, including positions such as People Partner and Customer Service Manager, which involved leadership and development of large teams, absence management, recruitment, and creating a respectful work environment. Rachel also worked as a human resource and development manager at Booker Group from July 2016 to July 2020. Rachel earned a degree in management, specializing in hotel and catering, from Sheffield Hallam University and completed further education at Home Learning College.
