Rachel Shinton

Rachel Shinton has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rachel started their career at Higham Group as a Claims Advisor from August 2006 to August 2007. Rachel then joined Pork Farms as an Assistant Human Resources Officer from August 2007 to April 2012. Since 2012, Rachel has been associated with Culina Group Limited, where they held multiple roles including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Head of HR Operations.

Rachel Shinton attended Keele University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and Human Resource Management. Additionally, Rachel pursued further education at the University of Wolverhampton and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM.
