Kayleen St. John

Kayleen St.John, MS, RD, is a seasoned professional in nutrition and business, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Culina Health since 2022. St.John has been an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University since January 2017, instructing in the Food Studies Department. Additionally, St.John is a Board Member at Clean Label Project, focusing on ingredient transparency. Previous roles include Director of Transaction Services at Stage 1 Financial, Director of Operations & Finance at Plantable, Culinary Nutrition Instructor and Director of Business Operations at the Natural Gourmet Institute, and Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Counselor at Riverfront Nutrition. St.John began a career in the field with positions such as Dietetic Intern at the Department of Veterans Affairs and Research Assistant at New York University.
