Noelle Dilts, CFA, currently serves as the VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc., a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Noelle accumulated nearly 19 years of experience at Stifel Financial Corp., where positions included Managing Director of Engineering & Construction and Advanced Manufacturing, Director of Specialty Engineering & Construction Equity Research, Vice President of Infrastructure Equity Research, and Equity Research Associate. Noelle holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, having attended the Leeds School of Business from 2000 to 2004.
