Brian Allen is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager at Culinaire and the George W. Bush Presidential Center since April 2013, Brian previously held the position of Assistant Director of The Crescent Club at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from January 2012 to March 2013. Prior to that, Brian was the Director of Food and Beverage at The Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa for four years and held a similar role at The Melrose Hotel. Brian Allen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, following a high school diploma from Woodrow Wilson High School.
