Brian Armenio

Vice President, Operations at CulinArt Group

Brian Armenio has extensive experience in the food service industry, with their most recent position being Vice President of Operations at CulinArt Managed Dining Services. In this role, they are responsible for managing accounts in multiple states, overseeing revenue and sales growth, expense control, and financial goal management. Brian also works closely with the senior management team to implement new initiatives and policies. Before joining CulinArt, Brian served as Vice President of Operations at Epicurean Group from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Bon Appétit Management Company, where they successfully managed multiple campuses and cafés, increased revenue, and implemented effective marketing initiatives.

Brian Armenio attended UC Santa Barbara where they studied Business Economics and Finance. In 2008, they earned a Spanish Wine Certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Additionally, they obtained a Level II, Certified Sommelier degree from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
