Kathy Koenig has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. Kathy began their career at San Diego Culinary Concepts Restaurants in 1981, where they managed staff and operations for multiple restaurants. Kathy then moved on to The Abbey Restaurant in 1986, where they created and marketed a catering department. In 1990, Kathy became the CEO of Culinary Concepts, overseeing the company's growth and success for the past 20 years. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, decision-making skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.

Kathy Koenig attended Grossmont College from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Food and Beverage Management and Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Saddleback College from 1977 to 1979, studying Business Accounting and Economics.
