Culinary Health Fund
Barbara Nunez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in participant and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Participant Experience Specialist at the Culinary Health Fund since May 2017, Barbara previously worked as a Health Coach at Iora Health from February 2012 to May 2017. Early in Barbara's career, a position as a Foodserver at Sahara Hotel & Casino from February 2001 to December 2010 provided foundational experience in the food and beverage industry. Educationally, Barbara earned a Medical Assistant degree from Kaplan College-Las Vegas between 2014 and 2015, further enhancing skills in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Culinary Health Fund
The Culinary Health Fund is a multi-employer Taft-Hartley fund, established in 1981, and is governed by a Board of Trustees. It is funded by Collective Bargaining Agreements that are negotiated by Unions and funded by Employers.
