Carmen Cheung has experience working in various companies, with roles ranging from Accounting Assistant to Participants Advocate. Carmen has been involved in advocating for health-plan membership, educating participants on benefits and eligibilities, navigating claims and payment processes, and handling account receivables. Carmen holds a Certificate for Accounting Technician from The Hong Kong Institute of Education.
Culinary Health Fund
The Culinary Health Fund is a multi-employer Taft-Hartley fund, established in 1981, and is governed by a Board of Trustees. It is funded by Collective Bargaining Agreements that are negotiated by Unions and funded by Employers.
