Paula Hebert

Paula Hebert is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both culinary arts and employee relations. Currently a Culinary Student at the Culinary Institute Lenotre since August 2016, Paula is pursuing a career as a Culinary Chef. Concurrently, Paula has served as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Baylor College of Medicine since September 2001, where responsibilities include conducting in-depth investigations and addressing employment inquiries. Previous roles include Social Worker at Social Work PRN and Case Manager II at Magellan Behavioral Health, where Paula managed an external Employee Assistance Program and supported various social service initiatives. Paula holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
